A few notes:

apostrophe (e.g. JI’) and doubled consonant (e.g. yottsu) correspond to small tsu っ (also called sakuon) → ジッ, よっつ

syllables in brackets are so-called okurigana (hiragana suffixes following kanji stems), they are most commonly used for inflection
